Hey, we’re Ryan and Jeannie—partners in life and now partners in this cigar journey.

I’m Ryan. I’ve been smoking cigars for about 16 years, and along the way, I’ve administered and written for 2 Cigar Guys and a Humidor, where I really honed my palate and learned how to put words to the flavors and experiences that come with a good cigar. I also spent years volunteering as an event coordinator with Cigars for Warriors, which gave me the chance to meet amazing people and give back through something I love. For me, cigars are about more than smoke—they’re about slowing down, savoring the craft, and sharing moments.

And then there’s Jeannie. While she’s newer to the cigar world, she brings her own perspective—asking the questions, noticing the details, and keeping things fun and approachable. She also helps keep this site running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure our reviews and stories feel as inviting as the lounge itself.

Together, The Anubis Ash is our little corner of the cigar world. It’s a mix of seasoned experience and fresh curiosity—a place where we share honest reviews, thoughts on blends, and maybe a story or two.
